In today’s competitive environment one time results are not enough -- accomplishing a specific outcome, reaching one metric and then another -- instead we want to ask “how do we create the mentality that makes these results automatic?” Focusing solely on our results can cause us to miss important opportunities for growth and development. When we focus on performance we become focused on finding opportunities to create consistent behaviors that lead to “cycles of success”.

When we focus on performance, we’re constantly evaluating our level of execution -- we are looking at attitude not just outcomes, and are intentional about creating the environment that will yield positive and sustainable results.
