Over the course of his professional life, Charles Hand has embodied the concept of peak performance. He has developed and retained high performance teams at the local, regional and corporate level for Verizon Wireless, where he served as a senior executive for over twenty years. As Region President, Charles played a key role in increasing service revenue five-fold, quadrupling the customer base and establishing Verizon Wireless as the undisputed wireless leader in the company’s flagship region, New York Metro.
